Our story
Dadimos & Partners LLP was founded in 2022 as Tadesse & Dadimos LLP, among the early firms established under Ethiopia’s revised advocacy-services framework. The firm was reconstituted as Dadimos & Partners LLP in November 2023.
Regulatory contribution and knowledge leadership
Our lawyers contribute to the development of Ethiopia’s legal and regulatory framework. Recent work includes supporting the Ethiopian Capital Markets Authority on directives, guidelines and supervisory materials for capital-market service providers, including work connected with public-offering rules. The firm has also contributed to legal reform discussions and publishes practical analysis for businesses operating in Ethiopia.
